Technical description: Rectangular wooden body. Bone chromatic keyboard for right hand (10 diatonic and 9 chromatic keys) and four mother-of-pearl shifts and wooden air-bar for left hand. Canvas strap for left hand. Four brass feet at left hand end.

Signature/Marks: Printed on paper behind glass "PREMIATA FABBRICA / DI ARMONICHE / COMM. PAOLO SOPRANI & FIGLI / CASTELFIDARDO ANCONA ITALIA / CHROMATIC".

Decoration: Wooden marquetry at keyboard end.
