Description
Technical description: "Snowshoe" pattern. Two wooden battens 420 × 80 hinged at one end; distance from cymbal centre to hinge 391. Leather strips restrain a bedspring nailed to the two battens. Cymbals are attached at the open end with wingnuts on bolts. A footstrap is fitted to the upper board with strips of wood to locate the player's foot. Brown wood varnish finish is evident. |
