Technical description: Brass. Large cup; round rim contour; maximum bite curvature 2.75; intermediate cup shape; maximum throat curvature 5. Cup volume 18437; shape quotient 1.257. Overall size: length 93.8; external diameter 50.7. Sounding length: cup depth 38.5. Bore: cup diameter 36.0; minimum diameter 7.4. Depth of taper: shank depth 42.5. Diameter of taper: maximum 16.0; minimum 13.2. No inscriptions. Purchased by lender with and possibly formerly used with helicon in Bb (1616).
