According to the firm's archives [instruments books], the instrument was model A57, made in a batch of four. Overall size: Overall length 1320; bell 186. Bore: at c 30mm from mouthpiece receiver (minimum bore), 12.0; descending slide, 12.2; ascending slide, 12.2; m.t.s. bore, 13.2 - 15.7. Dia of mouthpiece receiver: m.r.t. 13.0 - 12.2. Inscribed on bell "CLASS A" / trumpet and banner trademark BOOSEY / "BOOSEY & CO / MAKERS / 295 REGENT STT / LONDON / 55545". Decorative features: Floral engraving on bell; embellished ferrules and stay mounts. Usable pitch: Old Philharmonic pitch.
