Keymount type: ring; SATK. Keyhead type: flat square, curved to fit contours of instrument, and seated into ivory. Overall size: 600mm (without cap) Sounding length: embouchure to foot: 529 Bore: conical Stamped "CAHUSAC / STRAND / LONDON". Performance characteristics: Range D⁴ - G⁶. Does not speak readily above F⁶; uneven intonation; clear, hard-edged sound, especially in middle and upper registers. Usable pitch: A⁴ c 437 Hz (c 437 Hz). |
