DescriptionTechnical description: Rosewood; german silver keywork, reed well lining, socket linings and bell ring. Simple octave keys. The C♯-alt key is a lever and the touchpiece is mounted over the other L4 keys. There is a single key with the functions of both the C and B♭ keys on the normal simple system instrument, this key has the same mechanism as the TP-alt key on the thumbplate oboe. The R2 plate is independent of the R3 ring although both close the brille and both are on the same axle. Depressing the low|C key lowers the R2 plate and R3 ring and closes the brille. L0: @I{8.1.
