Technical description: Brass, with wide trough for ring, with ring and first link of chain present; semi-round rim contour; maximum bite curvature 1.5; edged cup shape. Repair History: The metal thinckness at bottom of shank is unusually wide, suggesting that it has possibly been cut down.
