Description
Technical description: High-quality pedal beater arranged to beat upwards onto the bottom of the main drum in the combination kit. Ribbed foot-plate in cast aluminium pulls on spring-loaded rocker with beater mount, via a flexibly (leather) mounted metal hook. Heel of plate has stop for player's heel. Frame supporting rocker and attachment clamp piece are is cast aluminium. Pedal supported in its rest position by a leather strap. Beater shaft secured by a thumb-screw; beater head solid felt with blue square patch at playing point. Total mass 133g; head mass 100g (75%). Repair History: A piece of rubber has been stuck to underside of heel plate. |
