Description
Technical description: Holds two cymbals mounted horizontally with pedal mechanism; the mechanism is below both cymbals so the cymbal diameter is not limited by hinge position. Distance from cymbal centre line to hinge, 245. Pedal mechanism is nickel-plated steel with rivetted construction. Details of fabrication indicate a product that has been hand made, A spring is mounted between the cymbals to hold them apart. A leather strap is fitted which may have been used to hold the cymbals tightly together (pedal down) for transport. |
