Description
Technical description: 6 finger-holes, 1 thumb-hole. Three keymounts for closed-standing keys; keymount for an open-standing key offset to the right for the little finger of the right hand. Cocus wood, turned for mounts at the tenon and foot. A tuning rush on a loop of brass wire is set in the bore. Repair History: The sound-hole has been plugged and rebored lower down the chanter. |
