Description
Technical description: With two drones and two regulators set in a common stock. Bass drone with two sections; tenor drone with three sections; baritone regulator, three closed-standing silver keys. The regulator extends back into the stock to maintain sounding length while bringing the keys into line. Tenor regulator, four closed-standing silver keys. Drone stock accommodates a drone stop in the centre of the stock with its actuating lever tipped with an ivory bead extending at right angles between the regulators. Ebony, mounted with silver and ivory. Keyhead type: Round flat. Repair History: The bass drone top section in rosewood is probably a replacement. |
