Overall size; 385; bell 115mm Bore; at c 60 from mouthpiece receiver (minimum bore), 10.7; not expanding in 100mm; distance to m.t.s. c 600, m.t.s bore 10.8 Dia of mouthpiece receiver: m.r.t. 12.0 - 11.4 Inscribed "C Gerock / 79 Cornhill". Decorative feature: Repoussé decoration on bell garland and barley twist embellishment on mouthpipe. Usable pitch: Plays 30-50 cents above A⁴ 440 Hz with tuning-slide in; main tuning-slide draws sufficiently to allow use at A⁴ 440 Hz and below. Seam split at main tuning-slide.
