Cup volume 1796; shape quotient 1.171. Overall size: length 57.2; external diameter 26.4. Sounding length: cup depth c 18. Bore: cup diameter 16.1; minimum diameter 4.6. Depth of taper: shank depth 27.6. Diameter of taper: maximum 10.2; minimum 8.8. Stamped on side of cup "N"; at top of shank "BOOSEY & CO LONDON". Purchased by lender with and possibly formerly used with cornet in Bb/A (601). |
