Technical description: Brass; semi-round rim contour; maximum bite curvature 1.5; deep intermediate, almost conical, cup shape; maximum throat curvature 5. Cup volume 1385; shape quotient 1.097. Overall size: length 56.1; external diameter 26.6. Sounding length: cup depth 16. Bore: cup diameter 15.7; minimum diameter 4.2. Depth of taper: shank depth 27.5. Diameter of taper: maximum 12.5; minimum 10.6. No inscriptions. Purchased with bugle in B♭ (194). Specific literature references: G.S. (1968) no. 376.
