DescriptionTechnical description: Brass with applied silver rim; flat rim contour; maximum bite curvature 0.75; deep conical cup shape with smoothly blended throat.Cup volume 1620; shape quotient 1.277. Overall size: length 74.5; external diameter 26.3. Sounding length: cup depth c 19. Bore: cup diameter 15.3; minimum diameter 3.6. Depth of taper: shank depth 32.0. Diameter of taper: maximum 12.5; minimum 11.6. No inscriptions. Lent with, possibly formerly used with and possibly supplied by manufacturer with cornopean (3293).
