Overall size: length 56.2; external diameter 25.9. Sounding length: cup depth c 28. Bore: cup diameter 17.0; minimum diameter 4.2. Depth of taper: shank tapers smoothly to join rim of cup. Diameter of taper: minimum 6.9. No inscriptions. Purchased by lender with and possibly formerly used with orchestral horn (1124). |
