R4: E♭₄; C₄. Keymount type: pillars mounted on plates. Keyhead type: modern. Serial number: 1503. Overall size: 647 (body only); bell diameter 131. Sounding length: 1040 (body only). Bore: 26.6 at top of body. Inscription: "HAWKES & SON / Denman Street / Piccadilly Circus / LONDON / 1503". Repair History: Body badly dented; crook (with top octave key) and mouthpiece missing; high F key and its pillars missing.
