DescriptionTechnical description: Blackwood with german silver ferrules and keywork. Five pieces: mouthpiece, barrel, upper section, lower section, bell. Simple system combined with Boehm system. Two groups of keys for L4 and R4 are arranged to produce E₃/B♮₄; F♯₃/C♯₅; F₃/C₅ with both little fingers to avoid gliding and enable rapid passages. (Bernard van Perck's patent of 1907): throat A key for continental and English fingering. C sharp mechanism. 17 keys, 2 rings. L0: T; speaker. L1: T; throat A♮. L2: T; throat A♭. L3: T; cross E♭₄/B♭₅. L4: C♯₄/G♯₅; E₃/B♮₄; F♯₃/C♯₅; F₃/C₅. R1: T; side F₄/C₆; side E♭₄/B♭₅; side trill key for throat G♯-A or C₆-D₆; side trill key for throat A-B♮ and B♭-C. R2: T + spectacle.
