Inscribed on bell, within ornate floral surround, "EXCELSIOR" / trademark: hawk on globe / "HAWKES & SON / MAKERS / DENMAN STREET / PICCADILLY CIRCUS / LONDON. W. / 51635"; on valve stems, bottom caps and side of valve casings "1", "2", "3"; on side of second valve housing "HAWKES & SON / LONDON / 6". Playing accessories: With shank, diameter 10.9.
