DescriptionTechnical description: Boxwood with ivory ferrules and brass keywork. Five pieces: mouthpiece, barrel, upper section, lower section, bell. Brass tube in thumb-hole. Many pins to strengthen the instruments (comparable to Simiot). Ingenious arrangement of keys to enable gliding between G♯₃/E♭₅ to F₃/C₅ in valse blocks.
