Unnamed cocus wood mouthpiece grooved for cord. Zig-zag speaker key with chimney on left side of the instrument, corresponding with first ring. Additional L3 key for F₄/C₆. Additional G♯₃/E♭₅ lever for L4. Additional R0 lever for E₃/B₄. Alternative touchpiece for C♯₄/G♯₅. End pivoted F₃/C₅ key. 17 keys, 4 rings, 4 ebonite rollers. L0: T; speaker corresponding with first ring. L1: T + ring + vent; throat A♮; throat A♭. L2: T + ring + vent. L3: T; E♭₄/B♭₅ ; alternative side key for F₄/C₆. L4: C♯₄/G♯₅; E₃/B♮₄; F♯₃/C♯₅; alternative lever for G♯₃/E♭₅. R0: E₃/B₄. R1: T ; side F₄/C₆; side E♭₄/B♭₅; side trill key for throat G-A or C₆-D₆; side trill for throat A-B♮ and B♭-C; alternative touchpiece for C♯₄/G♯₅. R2: T + ring + vent. R3: T + ring (forked B♭₃/F♮₅); cross B♭₃/F♮₅. R4: G♯₃/E♭₅; F₃/C₅. Keymount type: screwed in pillars. Keyhead type: modern. Playing accessories: replacement mouthpiece with ligature, one extra barrel. (5290), (5505), (5506) are cased in a brown wooden box lined with red cloth. Also in case: original wooden reed cap with a german silver ferrule; a metal shield from lid of box with "W" scratched into it; a key, cleaning cloth and a piece of leather. Poor condition. Repair History: The mouthpiece is a replacement. (5290) in B♭, (5505) in A, (5506) in C are a matched set of clarinets. |
