Original named cocus wood mouthpiece not grooved for cord. Three rings for RH, 2 rings for LH very innovative vents operated by these rings. May have been the inspiration for Pentenrieder. Delicate keywork. 14 keys, 5 rings. L0: T; speaker. L1: T + ring + vent; throat A♮; throat A♭. L2: T+ ring + vent. L3: T+ ring + vent; cross E♭₄/B♭₅; side F₄/C₆. L4: C♯₄/G♯₅; E₃/B♮₄; F♯₃/C♯₅.
