Keyhead type: modern.
Stamped on upper section star / "A CHAPPELL / 52 / NEW BOND STREET / LONDON" / star ; stamped on bell star/ "APPROVED BY MR LAZARUS" / star . Inscriptions also include six-pointed star and serial number "3588".
Repair History: Crack at top of lower section repaired by pinning and metal lining. Tape on F₃/C₅ mechanism to replace cork pad.
