Slide pull for A as shunt in main tuning-slide with screwed restraining collar. Valve type: 3 Périnet valves; bottom sprung. Inscribed on bell "DEARMAN / NEW SUPER / SOLE DISTRIBUTORS / JOHN E DALLAS & SONS\LTD / FOREIGN". Usable pitch: A⁴ = 440 Hz. Overall size: 480; bell 109. Sounding length: minimum 1268. Bore: at c 45 from mouthpiece receiver (minimum bore), 9.45; m.t.s. at c 293mm from mouthpiece receiver, tuning-slide bore 11.1; centre of valve cluster at c 560mm from mouthpiece receiver, v.t.s. bore (3, 2, 1) 11.1 (estimated); at 634 from bell end, c 11.1. at c 342mm from bell end, 15.7 at 23.5mm from bell end, 60.9 B = 0.63. Bell cutoff = 1100 Hz. Dia of moutpiece receiver: m.r.t. 10.8 - 9.9.
