Crook: one and three quarter coil; length excluding tenon 740; No tuning slide. L0:D; G# (`Smith G#' key). L1:B. L2:C#. L3:Eb. R0:E. R1:Bb. R2:A. R3:G. R4:F. Keyhead type: Flat round. Inscribed on bell "George Smith / MAKER / 144 / SNOW HILL / Birmingham". 11th (G#) key a later addition; 10th key (F#, probably for R4) subsequently removed and hole covered by brass disk.
