Five pieces: mouthpiece (socket type), barrel, upper section, lower section, bell. Mouthpiece with ivory ferrule, not grooved for cord; barrel waisted, with tenon and one ivory ferrule.
Upper section: blocks, saddles for side throat A♭ and side F₄/C₆.
Lower section: no thumb rest, but wide ivory ferrule. Wood recessed to fit the cross keys. Metal rollers on the four keys for L4 and R4. 13 keys plus alternative F♯ key for R3.
L0: T; speaker.
L1: T; throat A♮.
L2: T; throat A♭.
L3: T; E♭₄/B♭₅.
L4: C♯₄/G♯₅; E₃/B♮₄; F♯₃/C♯₅.
R1: T; side F₄/C₆; side trill key for throat A-B♮.
R2: T; alternative cross B♮₃/F♯₅.
R3: T; B♭₃/F♮₅; side B♮₃/F♯₅.
R4: F₃/C₅; G♯₃/E♭₅.
Keymount type: blocks and saddles (including saddle for E♭ key); hinge key for C♯. Keyhead type: saltspoon.
Ivory ferrule on mouthpiece cut to allow longer reed to be used; wood of mouthpiece cracked; some screws and springs missing.
Usable pitch: Plays at A₄ = c 450 Hz. High pitch.
