Bore: at c 40mm from mouthpiece receiver (minimum bore), 11.0; not expanding in 100mm from mouthpiece receiver; descending slide, 11.1; ascending slide, 11.1; joint, 11.1; m.t.s. bore, 11.9 - 13.2 Dia of mouthpiece receiver; m.r.t. 11.4 - 11.1. Inscribed on bell with lion & unicorn emblem / "BY APPOINTMENT / TO THE LATE / QUEEN VICTORIA / Rudall Carte & Co Ltd / Manufacturers / 23 / BERNERS STREET / OXFORD STREET / LONDON / 6939".
