All tone-holes are on the front of the instrument. No thumb-hole. L1 tone-hole covered, small tone-hole in plate like on the oboe. L3 operates speaker key. Extension to C₃. 13 keys, 2 rings, 1 plate. L0: Speaker; D₃; C♯₃; C₃. L1: Plate. L2: T. L3: T; cross E♭. L4: C♯; E; F♯. R1: T; side F; side E♭. R2: T + spectacle. R3: T + spectacle (forked B♭); cross B♭. R4: G♯; F. Keymount type: screwed in pillars with push-pins. Keyhead type: modern. Overall size: 382, 436 with mouthpiece. Bore: conical. Playing accessories: reed, ligature, reed-cap.
