Wide brass sleeves between upper and lower section, and between lower section and bell. Ebonite mouthpiece. Crook has a tuning slide. One straight speaker. Thumbhole undercut. C₄/G₅ operating an end pivoted key, also on R1. R1 tone-hole lined with brass. 14 keys, 2 plates, 6 brass rollers. L0: T; speaker. L1: T; throat A♮; throat A♭. L2: T; cross F₄/C₆. L3: Plate; cross E♭₄/B♭₅. L4: C♯₄/G♯₅; E₃/B♮₄; F♯₃/C♯₅. R1: Plate; side F₄/C₆; side trill key for throat A-B♮ and B♭-C. R2: T. R3: T; cross B♭₃/F♮₅; side B♮₃/F♯₅. R4: F₃/C₅; G♯₃/E♭₅.
