Inscribed on bell: an almost illegible circular feature (possibly a medal) with lettering below ".....OSITION 1861" / "E. DANIEL / BREVETÉ" / five pointed star containing the letter "G" / "MARSEILLE" / ellipse containing "SAXHORN / 7162 / ALTO" / monogram AS with "AUTORISE" and "D.G. PARIS" on the stems of the letters. |
