Dia of mouthpiece receiver: m.r.t. 10.5 - 10.1.
Signature marks: Inscribed on bell garland "KÖHLER MANUFACTURER HENRIETTA ST. COVENT GARDEN LONDON".
Decorative features: Broad bell garland embossed with leaf pattern; barley twist embellishment of mouthpipe.
Playing accessories: one shank.
1st valve spring broken; leak in 3rd valve tuning slide; damage in main tubing, cracked in section between 1st and 3rd valves and crack in bell underneath the garland.
Repair History: Mouthpipe has internal sleeve, original minimum m.r.t. estimated 11.7 - 11.0.
Performance characteristics: Playable up to the 12th natural note.
Usable pitch: Plays c 35 cents above A⁴ = 440 Hz with mouthpiece (886); tuning-slide allows use at A⁴ = 439 Hz and below.
