Inscribed on bell "Royal / Patent Kent / Bugle / 299 / HALLIDAY INVENTOR"; on bell garland "Made by P. Turton / 5 Wormwoodgate / Dublin". Key nearest bell: keyhead broken off and missing. Third key from bell: keyhead broken off and missing. Bell and garland crumpled. Mouthpipe dented and bent 20 degrees out of line; both mouthpipe stays broken/unsoldered.
