DescriptionTechnical description: Lead or tin neck template, showing a side view. Overall length 251mm, length from end to nut notch 142.5mm. Hole at the heel for hanging in the workshop. Drilled holes for the scroll curve. Neck 17.8mm - 20.1mm thick at the straight sections. Curent ownership: Purchased in 1983 with assistance from the Government's Local Museums Purchase Fund and the University's General Council Trust. (Glen Collection). |
