Standard Boehm system.Upper section: speaker liner projects c 4mm into bore. Thumb rest. L0: T + ring F₄/C♮₆; speaker. L1: T + ring F♯₄; throat A♮; throat A♭. L2: T + E♭₄/ B♭₅ corresponding ring. L3: T; cross E♭₄/ B♭₅. L4: C♯₄/G♯₅; F₃/C♮₅; E₃/B♮₄; F♯₃/C♯₅. R1: T + ring; B♭ via correspondence; side trill-key; side E♭₄/ B♭₅. R2: T + ring B♮₃/F♯₅; B♭ via correspondence. R3: T + ring B♮₃/F♯₅; B♭ via correspondence; cross B♮₃/F♯₅. R4: G♯₃/E♭₅; E₃/B♮₄; F₃/C♮₅; F♯₃/C♯₅. Keymount type: pillars. Keyhead type: modern. Overall size: 584 to top of barrel. Bore: at C₄ hole 15.0; at F₃ hole 15.5. Stamped on bell "LP / DORÉ / PARIS / 80", the name and place in a broken ellipse. Repair History: Three keys missing; mouthpiece missing; chromium plating worn. Barrel shortened (possibly to raise pitch from A₄ = c 435 Hz to A₄ = c 440 Hz); tenon of lower section has been replaced. |
