DescriptionSoundboard of spruce. Bridge of rosewood, 48.5mm long and 14mm wide. There are floral mustachios at either end. Soundhole 41mm diameter. There are four scribed lines imitating purfling around the soundhole. The soundboard is edged in rosewood. The back and sides are rosewood. There is a thin band of maple at the bottom, into which an ivory endpin passes. The heel, neck and head are formed from a single piece of cedar, and flow smoothly into each other. There is a single friction peg, which is rosewood with an ivory button on the end. There are the remains of an ivory end button on the end of the head. The top of the head is veneered in rosewood. The nut is rosewood. The neck is 169mm long, 32mm wide at the nut, and 36.5mm wide at the body join. The raised fingerboard is of rosewood. There are 17 frets.
