Repair History: The frog has an extra hole for the screw eye, in front of the current screw eye; the screw eye was probably moved at some point.
Inscriptions: The top of the frog under the stick has "IV" scratched into it.
The stick is blackened underneath the stick and near the head and frog (unevenly). The nipple has crumbled, and the stick mortise is chipped around the edges. The headface is split from the front of the mortise on the finger side. The frog is chipped on its top edges. There is also a chip out of the thumb side of the heel and tongue.
The frog has an extra hole for the screw eye, in front of the current screw eye; the screw eye was probably moved at some point.
