DescriptionTechnical description: The round, concave, pernambuco stick has `whalebone' lapping with metal thread winding and ends in a modern head with an ivory headface. The screw-mechanism, squared, ebony frog has a nickel ferrule with a wooden ferrule wedge, a nickel underslide, a metal heelplate, decorative eye rings of ivory, decorative eyes of mother-of-pearl, and a mother-of-pearl slide. The ebony button has metal rings, has a mother-of-pearl button eye, and is octagonal with a rim.
