Sounding length: minimum 3165; lengths of inner slides each only 754. Bore: at c 50mm from mouthpiece receiver (minimum bore), 12.95; descending slide, 12.9; ascending slide, 12.95; joint, 11.8 (local constriction); at c 534mm from bell end, 18.3; at 21.3mm from bell end, 103.5. B = 0.77. Bell cutoff = 900 Hz. Dia of mouthpiece receiver: m.r.t. 14.1 - 13.2. Inscribed on garland "I. GREEN / 33 Soho Square / LONDON". Usable pitch: Plays 25-35 cents above A⁴ = 440 Hz (A⁴ = 445-450). Slide handle missing. The bell pipe patched with sleeves. Purchased by lender with and probably formerly used with mouthpiece (3027).
