Technical description: Ivory or bone; flat rim contour with sharp-edged bite, possibly not original; intermediate, almost hemispherical, cup shape; maximum throat curvature 5. Cup volume 1113; shape quotient 1.201. Overall size: length 38.4; external diameter 21.3. Sounding length: cup depth 10. Bore: cup diameter 15.3; minimum diameter 4.5. Depth of taper: shank depth 18.5. Diameter of taper: maximum 10.6; minimum 8.7. No inscriptions. Lent with cornett (862). Illustration references: Vol. 1 p.149, p.124 with cornett (862).
