Inscribed on embossed circular plaque on side of bell "PELITTI / MILANO" with crest in centre; on side of valve casings "1", "2", "3", (not "4").
Repair History: Bell flange crumpled and cracked. Several serious dents in tubing. Touchpiece of 4th valve missing.
Usable pitch: A4 = c 440 Hz.
Performance characteristics: Good tone in spite of dents, but poor intonation. |
