Keyhead type: `Quantz' keys (for D♯ and E♭) half moon; low C♯ flat square, notched and chamfered; chromatic key flat rectangular. Stamped on head section "BAINBRIDGE / & WOOD / 35 / HOLBORN / 35 / HOLBORN / HILL / LONDON" with Royal arms (almost obliterated), "PATENT / CHROMATIC / ALBION / FLUTE"; stamped on middle section with Royal arms and "PATENT".
