DescriptionTechnical description: The octagonal, concave, pernambuco (?) stick ends in a modern head with an ivory headface. The bow has an open, screw-mechanism, rounded ivory frog. Weight: 31g (without button). Hair length: 356mm. Balance point: 158.5mm. Head height: 22.35mm. Head width: 10.0mm. Face length: 21.75mm (tip chipped off). Tip diameter: 6.2mm. Frog diameter: 7.8mm. Period of oscillation: 1.09 .Distance from pivot to tail: 54.0mm. Ferrule width: 10.8mm. Frog + stick height: 24.4mm. Frog top length: 41.85mm. No inscriptions. The exposed part of the headface is missing, only the part under the hair remains. The tip has been chipped, probably as result of the missing headface. The stick is cracked from the nipple and along the top of the frog. The button is missing. There is a stain on the finger side of the frog near the centre. There is a black mark on the inside of the front cruve of the frog and on the front whre the ferrule is on some bows. There is a scratch on the finger side of the frog near the heel.
