DescriptionTapering from 27.8mm diameter to 15mm. Made of tropical hardwoods, ebony for walking stick and rosewood for chanter and mouthpiece. Made in seven sections; top section has round ivory knob and covers the second section; which is the mouthpiece. Third section is brass lined and covers the reed. Fourth section is the chanter itself. Fifth section is brass lined and covers the finger-holes and slides off; sixth section is a stopped drone with double reed. Seventh section slides down to reveal the escape hole for the drone, brass lined with brass tip at the end. Modern plastic reeds.
