Technical description: Brass; medium rim contour; maximum bite curvature 2.0; hemispherical cup shape; sharp-edged throat. Cup volume 1254; shape quotient 1.282. Overall size: length 86.3; external diameter 27.6. Sounding length: cup depth 10.3. Bore: cup diameter 16.5; minimum diameter 4.4. Depth of taper: shank depth 43.5. Diameter of taper: maximum 12.6; minimum 11.0. No inscriptions. Purchased by lender with but probably not formerly used with trumpet in Eb or D (3203).
