DescriptionTechnical description: Boxwood with ivory ferrules and brass keywork. Five pieces: mouthpiece, barrel, upper section, lower section, bell. Cocus wood mouthpiece grooved for cord. Barrel featured with a screw to fix the tuning slide between barrel and upper section. Levers for L4, tone-hole and key for R4 mounted in a fusiform swelling. The two L4 levers are mounted in a brass saddle and marked "WOOD'S PATENT", overlapping touchpieces. Side B₃/F♯₅ key mounted between pillars on a plate. 7 keys.
