DescriptionTechnical description: rosewood; ferrules and keywork in german silver; the ferrules have the encircling band of raised fluting peculiar to Gautrot products, and thus problably supplied by them to Cabart; bell with standard ring at end; mount for card-holder (which is missing). The wing joint appears to be a replacement, although bearing the same stamp (albeit more worn). Long joint: cover to D keyhead in form of disc-shaped lid perforated as six-petalled flower.
