Repair History: The ferrules, attached by pins, appear to be a later addition to restrict or inhibit cracking. Overall size: 556 mm Sounding length: embouchure to foot, 488 mm Bore: conical Stamped "2 / C. GEROCK / LONDON". Performance characteristics: Range D⁴ - A⁶ (sounding E⁴ to B⁶); speaks easily throughout range. Usable pitch: sounding A⁴ c 430 Hz. |
