Keymount type: ring/knob. Keyhead type: saltspoon. Stamped "BLACKMAN / PATENT / IMPROVED / BLACKFRIARS RD / LONDON". Overall size: 509 mm Sounding length: embouchure to foot, 442 mm Bore: conical Performance characteristics: Range D⁴ - B♭⁶ (sounding F⁴ - D♭⁷). Plays easily, with a clear sound throughout range; flat D♯s (sounding F♯s). Usable pitch: Sounding A⁴ c 458 Hz.
