With shank for F, crooks for E, E♭, D, C; with alternative tuning-slides for Old Philharmonic and International pitches. .With finger-hook for R4, water-key on main tubing between shank/crook receiver and valves, and with fitting for music-card holder. Valve type: 3 Périnet valves with long stems, bottom sprung, alignment by taquet on piston engaging with channel in casing interior. Inscribed on bell "EXCELSIOR / CLASS A / HAWKES & SON / Denman Street / Piccadilly Circus / LONDON / 50639"; on valve casings and piston stems "10!.
