Description

Bagpipe; two parallel cylindrical chanters each with a single reed and five fingerholes held in a disc-shaped wooden stock tied into the bag; with a short cowhorn bell on the end of each chanter; bag made of coloured goat skin; mouthpipe without non-return valve. Bag no longer with instrument. Accompanies by two carved wooden stoppers to accompany bag.
